Description
1. Searching for potential customers
• Getting data and approach to customer actively of getting information from the company or actively looking for customers in the software market
• Making calls from switching board to customers, studying on customers’ demands, choose right approach and consultation for each customer and confirm meetings with assistance from other departments.
2. Provide Customer service to current & future customers to widen customers network
• Manage current customers’ information, maintain good relations with current customers in order to widen the customers network
3. Emphasis on developing company’s sales
