Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Ensure all construction materials being used fully comply with the contract drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Liaise with customers, government entities and company project coordinators, investigating complaints and advising possible solutions.
• Keep up to date with relevant government legislation and industry developments.
• To write inspection/technical reports and distribute the results to appropriate agencies when and as needed.

Skills
The successful candidate should preferably have:
• Graduated and hold a Bachelor of Engineering & Architecture and/or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role coupled with a strong background in the construction industry.
• Knowledge and proficiency of construction materials, methods and techniques.
