Contact center system support engineer Bahrain We have a requirement for
a Contact Center System Support Engineer to work with one of leading
banking institutions based in Bahrain on a 12 month extendable contract.
We are looking for a Contact Center System Support Engineer with
banking experience and a minimum of 3 years experience working on
Genesys products including social media integration
(Facebook/Twitter/YouTube), EServices (Email & Chat), GVP, GQM, WFM,
SIP Server, web call back, building and troubleshooting routing
strategies, troubleshooting CRM integration. You will also Act as level
one & level two support engineer in addition to resolving escalated
issues from level 1 and Escalate unresolved issues to level 3 (system
development). Main Scope of Duties and Responsibilities: System Support
and Trouble Analysis skills (root cause analysis, alarm management
platforms, troubleshooting, etc) Performance tuning. Update system with
new releases, OS patches and issues workarounds. Monitor system
utilization and reports the need to scale up hardware/software in case
of over utilized systems. Ensure service availability according to the
agreed SLA. Develop backup & monitoring scripts and policies for the
system and the service Knowledge of Configuration, Backup, and Restoral
processes necessary to support the contact centre infrastructure
Knowledge of OSI network protocol design Experience using and writing
technical documentation High level vendor certifications (i.e. Genesys).
3 to 5 years system administration experience. If you are available and
