Key responsibilities will include
- Providing constant support to the senior management of the company,
- Coordinating office repairs and improvements, vendor management, office budget tracking,
- Administrative tasks, including document management, copying/filing, coordinating mailing services,
- Some marketing duties,
- Continuously improve on existing office space,
- Planning and organisation of company events and activities,
- Maintaining office cleanliness and orderliness, while working with employees to establish good workplace etiquette,
- Ordering equipment, office and cleaning supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels.
The key competencies we require:
- At least 1-year experience in a similar role
- Proactive, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively,
Ability to work autonomously,
- Excellent level of English (written/oral). French fluency is considered an asset,
- Positive, team-oriented attitude,
- Interest in the continual development and establishment of a positive, diverse, and inclusive company culture.
