Job details:
Student age range: 3 - 12 (mainly); 12 - 50 (teenagers and adults).
Class size: One on One – Five students per class.
Class length: 45 minutes (small group); 50 mins (one on one class).
Working Hours: 35 hours (Teaching office )per week, (can be scheduled between 08:00 and 21:30 from Wednesday to Sunday).
Curriculum: General English, Business English, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, ACT, SAT, subject English ETC, it will be introduced in the interview.
Compensation and benefits:
Monthly income: USD 2700 - 3300 (18000 - 22000 RMB) before tax including housing allowance or apartment.
Airfare Bonus: USD 900 (6000 RMB) will be reimbursed when the one-year contract is fulfilled.
Over time: USD 26 (170 RMB) per hour for each one to one, USD 31 (200 RMB) per hour for each small group.
Housing allowance: 1500 RMB/month
Insurance: Accident insurance.
Public Holiday: Chinese public holidays.
Annual Holiday: 5 days paid leave.
Sick Leave: 50% of the day’s salary is deducted (need to provide a the doctor's note for sick leave.)
Teacher referral bonus: 300 – 1,000 RMB per teacher.
Student contract renewal bonus 50 – 500 RMB per student.
Visa: Sponsored legal Z Work Visa.
Arrival: Airport Pickup assistance.
On boarding: Ground service assistance.

Holding Bachelor degree or above .
Holding TEFL/ CELTA/ TESOL
