Assistant Account Manager/Account Manager
Based in Solaris Mont Kiara – Kuala Lumpur
Job Responsibilities:
• To handle full set of account and reconcile holding company account.
• To review Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, analysis Company highlighting the monthly and year-to-date performance, comparison of current month performance against last month.
• To checking and review monthly cash flow in order to assess funds requirement and highlighting to Management the cash flow position and the actual utilization of funds of the Company.
• To prepared yearly company budgeted account for next financial year. Coordinate with the respective Departments concern to obtained relevant information and assumption pertaining to the plan for next financial year. After the budgeted account has been approved by the Management, arranged the Form CP204 for the authorized signatory by Director and submitted the signed documents to the taxation company.
• To liaising with bankers, auditors, tax consultants, lawyers, company secretary. Maintain company property. Make sure the property is rent out during the year. Looking for potential tenant.
• To liaise with the landlord of Shopping mall on tenancy agreement matter. Review the tenancy agreement terms and feed back to management.
• To liaise with the principle from Overseas on contract renewal. Review the contract terms and feedback to management.
• To review the reconciliation and preparation of GST submission.
• To work closely with Counter on anything should implement for cost saving and improve on efficiency.
• To review company and all outlet insurance policies. Ensure all outlets are insured.
Job Requirement:
• At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Preferably specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Preferably Chinese.
Remuneration Packages :
• Basic Salary RM 5000 to RM 6000
• 5 days job from 9am-6pm
• Fixed parking subsidies of RM80/month
