Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential target industry and build databases as per instructions from the Services / Products SBU head
• Create and implement account plans with sales / account managers to existing clients across ’s delivery centers
• Generate sales leads and close sales on phone or through direct meetings
• Manage the sales pipeline
• Perform required sales administrative tasks (forecasting, account planning etc) regularly, and on time
• Provide administrative product information, demonstrations, and quotes for prospects & client inquiries
• Participate in internal sales training programs to maintain a high level of knowledge and proficiency in the focused services / product and industry trends
Knowledge and Skills required:
• Proven track record in inside-sales, preferably in IT services / products
• Demonstrated ability to move leads through entire sales process independently
• Consistently demonstrates proactive activities to uncover new business and take ownership for new opportunities.
• Exhibits thorough knowledge of the focused products & services, observed via customer conversations, discussions on products or solutions with customers.
