Responsibilities:
• Attention to detail in ensuring data accuracy in recording of customer database.
• Articulate and prompt in handling of customer requests for assistance or enquiries via email/chat.
• Provides customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution on a variety of customer inquiries
• Responsible in taking ownership and maintain confidentiality for all calls
• Pleasant, empathic individual with good telephone presentation and organizational skills.
• Dedicated with good interpersonal and people management skills.
• Service oriented mindset with a good degree of maturity and able to stay composed during stressful situations.
• Possess a good voice with clear pronunciation and diction
• Must be computer literate, team oriented and self-motivated
• Superior active listening skills, sensitive and empathetic
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / ‘O’ Level.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST.
