Job Title
We are currently hiring for our Relaunch your Career programme. This is a 16 week paid placement that helps people who have had a career break (minimum 2 years) to return to work. Role / Title
Finance Analyst Italy
We are looking for a strong individual to join our Finance team
This individual will report to the Finance Manager and will perform accounting tasks & analysis reports for Italy
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in accounting and will also have strong analytical skills to support the forecasting processes.

Main responsibilities will include:
He/She will support the Finance Manager in analyzing business situation as well as financial status:
P&L Budget, Forecast & Variance Analysis (Revenues, Incentives, Drivers, Opex, R&O), Long Term Planning (Country view and Product view) and Bps analysis (Country view and Product view)
Applies business acumen in compiling monthly/quarterly financial reports and writing variance analyses
Support financial and business planning to ensure robust forecasting process
Provide ad hoc analysis on business, product and financial trends
Daily contact with the Key functions of the European Finance Team,
Point of contact for other departments regarding accounting related queries
Responsible for Customer Planning and Forecast including budget template creations, support to users, COS reporting and package reporting by country/by customers
Working closely with the business/commercial and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate closing process , ensuring policies & procedures compliance
Support the Italian Sales in business analysis with customized reports and meeting
Your Experience
University degree in Accounting or Finance or similar relevant experience
Previous experience in financial analysis and accounting
Strong Planning and Analytical skills with an eye for details, Results driven, flexible and adaptable; able to work efficiently under pressure and deadlines,
PC literate with an excellent knowledge of Excel; knowledge of Oracle and OFA is a plus,
Good verbal and writing English skills,
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills,
Some knowledge of financial services and/or payment industry.
