Your new role
This client is looking for a Recruitment Manager reporting into the Head of HR. Your focus will be around conducting the end to end recruitment lifecycle for financial positions, engaging with senior stakeholders to prepare annual headcount and design annual hiring plans, design and delivery innovative resourcing strategies, work closely with the business to understand and fulfil the organisation’s recruitment needs, conduct job analysis and prepare detailed job descriptions and partner with organisational, learning and development function to support talent management.
