Experienced Asset manager that will be dealing with building maintenance.
This well established Organization is looking for an Experienced Asset Manager which will be based in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
This leading Organization in property development have been rapidly growing over the years and have been the lead in its industry with multiple on going projects in its portfolio with a GDV value of up to a billion ringgit.
You are expected to develop and effectively monitor the annual budget forecast and cash flow to enhance profitability. You'll be required to ensure high standard of building management practises in particular that the M&E and Building services systems are in compliance with the industry regulation. You are to serve as a liaison with tenants and real estate agents on leasing/marketing strategies to optimize with rental income. Added advantage to those who can speak and write in Mandarin.
