Description
Responsibilities
• Oversee and develop the website, the applicant tracking system, and the database system
• Manage vendors supporting the development of the tech functions
• Manage information technology and computer systems for the company
• Manage different level of users for the systems used by the company
• Develop Tech roadmap and be able to match timelines
• Manage hosting of the website, database administration and scaling an application to support load
changes
• Start building the tech team by Q2 2018 to have 3 people by end of 2018
• Train and coach your team, communicate with them job expectations and appraise their performance
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organization growth and
efficiency
• Identify problematic areas and implement solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Preserve assets, information security and control data management systems
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
• The position is reporting directly to the CEO

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related position
• Excellent English Communication skills
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good understanding of technologies languages and platforms, such as Node.js, react and Python
• Good understanding of issues related to accessibility and security compliance
• Good understanding of issues related to data migration, transformation, and scripting
• Good understanding in data centre management and data governance
• Hardworking and very organized
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related position
