ATG Operations Coordinator, Saigon
We are a family owned Australian travel company, operating worldwide looking for a suitable candidate for a part time position here in Saigon, Vietnam.
The Company: APT is an Australian based travel company and is one of the leaders in Cruising and Land Touring globally. In 2017 we celebrated our 90th year in operation. Vietnam and Cambodia are dynamic in the ATG portfolio of destinations.
The Position: ATG Operations Coordinator, Saigon.
This is an opportunity to work in the travel industry with one of the best travel companies around! We are looking for someone that has sensational interpersonal skills; great time management and the desire to out perform the competition. You need to be adaptable, diligent, conscientious and work well as part of a team
In this role you will work under the direction of the Indochina Operations Manager and communicating with our Melbourne Office and local providers. The role will involve weekend work and some evenings too. If you are looking for 9-5 job, then this isn’t for you.
Please note: This is part time role (approximately 2 days per week) beginning in June 2018.
Requirements: We are looking for someone that speaks English and if possible Vietnamese. You most likely work in the Tourism sector already and your attention to detail is exemplary. The desired candidate needs to be diligent and willing to learn new skills. The successful applicant will have excellent computer skills, be a natural “people person” and have a strong desire to learn and develop.
Responsibilities: Liaising with hotels & restaurants, tour and restaurant evaluations, customer service & support, supplier relationship building, processing Customer Feedback, administration, managing branded items, arranging printing and sourcing items where necessary.

Skills
The position is open to someone that speaks fluent English and if possible Vietnamese too. The main attributes for this position are administration skills, the ability to liaise with operators and providers in the tourism sector, excellent customer service, work independently and within a team. the successful candidate will be task conscious and diligent with their required tasks.
