- Coordinates and directs all functional managers to ensure full compliance with all project requirements.
- Accountable and fully responsible in meeting project objectives and Company directions.
- Also has overall responsibility for obtaining the necessary project resources to plan and execute the work.
- Planning, scheduling and organizing all phases of a large project;
- Monitoring and controlling expenditures;
- Ensuring quality and safety standards and procedures are followed;
- Participating in studies, project definition and technical bid preparation for projects.
- Determining the need for investigation and modifications;
- Participating in the development of long-range plans;
- Establishing project objectives and priorities;

- Providing expert advice on designs, processes and other project activities.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making staffing decisions and providing employees with training and development opportunities;
- Proposing and managing department budget and participating in development of unit budget;
- Accountable for quality of work of subordinates, including those who supervise others;
- Being accountable for unit deliverables;
- Making recommendations concerning salary increases and performance evaluations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS Engineering Degree and registered as a professional engineer with significant experience of 25 years. Out of which 5 - 10 years experience in a technical Discipline engineer role & 5 - 10 cumulative years experience as a Project Engineer / Project Manager
- Upstream Oil and/or Gas experience in Wellsite or Pipeline Design
- Preference to have 5 - 10 Years of Saudi Aramco or Middle East experience
- Has experience in the oil and / or gas industry, or similar process industry and has managed mega projects.
- Has demonstrated an overall knowledge of project planning and execution management.
- Middle East and Saudi experience is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of project management and knowledge of reciprocal effects of the work upon other disciplines/ fields;
- Considerable knowledge of the companys established guidelines, procedures and practices as well as other departments, suppliers and contractors;
- Proficiency in planning and control methods;
- In-depth understanding of industry and regulatory standards and design criteria;
- Extensive knowledge of a variety of standard project management methods and techniques, and of principles and practices of area of specialization;
- Capacity to determine program objectives and requirements and to develop standards and guides for diverse project activities.

- Establishing an organization for the MPP Program to match the workload and deliver efficient/cost effective execution.
- Maintaining a dedicated & experienced MPP team.
- Building outstanding Client relationships.
- Achieving the targeted MPP annual workload and backlog.
- Meeting or exceeding the SLFE commercial targets for the business line.
- Aligning the MPP Program with all other SLFE departments.
- Managing his direct-reports, including Project Managers & MPP secretary.
- Exceeding SLFE Saudization targets.
- Coordinates and directs all functional managers to ensure full compliance with all project requirements
- Accountable and fully responsible in meeting project objectives and Company directions.
