Responsibility
- Oversee the running of the bar and ensure the guest have a pleasant experience.
- Lead and direct team members on effective methods and operations to achieve daily/monthly/yearly goals to run a profitable bar and ensure customers are satisfied.
- Actively engage with guest in positive, friendly and professional manner.
- Creating the menu accordance to the concept.
- Weekly or monthly special drink.
- Maintain/monitor quality of product and service.
- Wisely work within the budget.
- Managing inventory.
- Analyze weekly/monthly sales and sales trend.
- Drive repeat guest visits and increase sales.
- Answer guest questions and suggest drinks as per guests' needs.
- Daily/monthly beverage training for new and existing staff.
- Check daily checklist.
- Quarterly staff evaluation.
- Scheduling.
Requirement
- At least a year of leadership position and 3-5 years of bartending
- Extensive knowledge of drinks recipes and food&beverages
- English is a must
- Punctuality
- Honesty
- Organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant demeanor
- Knowledge of POS system
