Requirements:
Open for Native Spanish speakers with relevant experience.
Open for Filipino nationals at least B2 level.
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, information technology or related field required.
Scrum Master Certification is a plus
At least 4 - 6 years experience in Information technology ( IT ) Project Manager or Project Management
Leadership and management experience.
Excellent people and project management skills.
Working knowledge of agile methodology , techniques and frameworks, such as Scrum to deliver solutions
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Responsibilities:
Maintains conform to the project's budget, timeline, and scope by managing assigned IT projects.
Organize and oversee IT projects and act as a bridge between the business and technical facets of the projects they are assigned.
Implements strategies and procedures by assessing the results of the organization's outcome.
Serve as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, contract submitters, and software developers to identify, assess, and fix any issues with the deployment of functional systems.
Construct project schedules and outlines and assign team members the various tasks.
Organize daily scrums and meetings to evaluate the status of the project and address any problems the team may be having.
Establish project plans and outlines, then appoint members of the team to the various tasks.
