Manager of Product and Service Development

Manager of Product and Service Development with 8 years’ experience in product development, needed for a leading multinational ICT company in Qatar.Job requirements:- Bachelor degree in Computer and Communication Engineer (CCE) or Bachelor of Computer Science- 8+ years’ experience in product development or solutions design for a Managed Service Provider- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Project Management skills (planning, prioritizing, and administering work)- Understanding existing and emerging technologies- Experience in Data center services- Software as a service and cloud services- Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus- Dual nationality requiredJob description:- Keep up to date on market offerings in Enterprise Managed Services and Information and Communication Technologies- Perform all product management functions including but not limited to: Gap Analysis, Competitive Analysis, – - Market Feedback, Technology Vendors Assessment, Cost Analysis, Business Cases for new Managed Services as well as Product Development- Promote key aspects of technology innovation, information systems, and networks internally and externally- Ensure budgets, targets, objectives and KPI’s for the Product Management team are met, and regularly report product development KPIs- Participate in launching or implementing new products- Oversee QA, marketing, and advertising to meet product objectives- Conduct periodic product analysis: Identify improvement and cost reduction opportunities- Work closely with vendors to ensure product support, updates are incorporated- Assist sales/pre-sales in non-standard proposal reviewsSalary & Compensation:While the salary and benefits depend on the level of experience and competencies of the candidate, the Manager of Product and Service Development position offers an attractive package.Do you know anyone suitable for this position?
