To manage key Infra projects according to the project scope, deliverables, timelines and budget.
He/she is responsible for implementing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
He/she will govern the project with effective internal / customer governance and communication while complying with the company’s PM policies from a tooling and processes perspective.
For some key projects which involves ongoing support and operations, he/she is expected to take on service delivery leadership responsibilities to ensure that the ongoing services are delivered according to the agreed scope (SOW) and SLAs.
He/she is expected to lead highly skilled technical teams that are charged with the responsibility of providing support for our customers' IT infrastructure.
He/she will govern the service management with the customer through weekly/monthly service review meetings.
He/she will act as a SPOC for customer escalations and own them throughout the lifecycle of the escalation.
Where required, he/she shall provide pre-sales technical support to the sales units in active pursuits / business development activities.
