Job Description:
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Provide daily system support and consultation directly to customers.
Install all internal resources and analyze all software to ensure smooth working.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Relevant certification holders from Microsoft and CISCO will be preferred.
Required Skills:
Responsible and good team player. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Good communication skills. Solid networking knowledge.
