Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers’ complaints/ feedback professionally in compliance with company service standard.
- Offer a reasonable alternatives to resolve customer’s problems and follow-up of rectification work completion with site supervisor.
- Plan, organize and execute customers’ relationship programs and activities and interact effectively with other related departments within or outside organization.
- Provide report to immediate superior of problem/issues with proposed solution, implement timely preparation and submission of site schedules and progress report to immediate superior.
- Ensure residential and office facilities are functioning in a proper order, conduct regular inventory check of the loose fittings, and to ensure the implementation of systematic filing.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the front office operations.
- Experience in handling customers and able to co-ordinate assignment involving many parties.
- Customer service oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem solving and writing skills.
- Able to work independently.
