- To manage the full spectrum of Human Resource Activities including the overall direction and control of all human resources matters such as payroll, recruitment & selection, training & development, compensation and benefits, employee services and industrial relations to ensure smooth running of the day-to-day HR functions of the Company;
- Formulate, manage and coordinate the establishment and day to day execution of company's human resource policies and practices to ensure harmonious employee-management relationship;
- To oversee and ensure timely execution of monthly payroll process in compliance with government statutory requirements;
- Identify and develop appropriate programs for employee retention, enhance work performance and cultivate of healthy habits;
- Build HR into a strong function to support the organization's needs and business direction;
- Responsible for daily general admin operation and affairs, office or equipment maintenance and other office support activities of the company.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- At least 5 years hands on working experience in human resource and administration functions in the capacity of manager;
- Proficient in Industrial Relations and The Employment Acts including prevailing human resource practices and legislation and able to provide sound professional advice;
- Hands on experience and resourceful in the recruitment and selection functions;
- Possess strong analytical and good strategies thinking skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills complemented by good spoken and written English.
