Description
This is a front line IT position providing computing support to staff. The position is responsible for first level problem determination, problem/incident recording and problem resolution.Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users Hardware and Software upgrades Network printer installation/configuration General Desktop Support/Project Coordination Monitor, analyze and address reliability and performance issues Participate in project work as assigned Maintain daily logs for problem occurrence & their resolution Monitor health of computers on daily basis Monitor & maintain accessories & hardware connected with terminals Assist end users to operate application where necessary Must able be to work on Windows Xp/7, 2003/2008 in a domain environment
