Job Description
The head of marketing own and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for all the product lines. He/She shall execute campaigns and innovations, including managing internal cross-functional teams, external creative agencies, marketing and analytical activities to develop and ensuring the marketing team effectively and innovatively meet and exceed the goals of the marketing strategy of the organization.
Principal Accountabilities:

 Devise Effective Marketing Strategy
 Supporting Product Lines across the company
 New Product Development
 Represent Company at Industry events & Conferences
Skills
Skills & Qualifications:

Education
: Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute

Experience
: 8 – 10 years of work experience. Minimum 3 – 4 years in the UAE (MANDATORY)

Arabic speaking or Europeans preferred, however, not mandatory.

