Working exclusively on high rise (40+) storey projects they are currently mobilising on a major project in central KL. The senior management has a stella reputation and utilise sub contractors for many of the work packages whilst retaining the Civil structural work for themselves. Fast growing and one to watch. Project Pipeline Includes: - High Rise about the job As 1 x Project Manager Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to Push project progress and ensure the project is delivered on time, Complete the project on time, Ensure overall Project Quality & Conquas score. Getting the CCC awarded, Reporting and letter writing to client / consultants / sub contractors, Work with client and consultants in regards to any design changes skills & experience High rise experience with main con - ideally >40 storey Must be comfortable to challenge the consultants Must be able to interpret design drawings Push value engineering and potential cost savings Stable CV Strong paper-work Experience dealing with TY Lin Qualifications: Civil engineering degree - no diploma / No construction management culture & benefits You can expect salary of - 12-15k plus - Car + Mobile + Bonus + Site allowance and OT.
