High quality International School is looking for a Recruitment Manager to manage local recruitment and offer support for overseas recruitment. The Recruitment Manager will work closely with the Director of HR to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. The successful applicant will oversee the hiring of high quality, qualified employees to meet the School’s current and future needs, preferably with 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, familiarity with HR practices, some managerial and leadership experience, an exceptional work ethic and exemplary communication skills both oral and written.
