Description
Provide guidance and coordination to the MAADS team as well as to all the existing operations, in line with the identity defined for each property and with MAADS principals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Review MAADS and properties budgets to
evaluate performance.
• Develop and follow work-plans for the team.
• Lead and maintain capable executive and
operations teams through strong leadership.
• Create a positive working team environment, in
line with company values and vision.
• Conduct and supervise all MADS daily operations.
• Regularly carry inspections of the properties and
services.
• Forecast market trends and suggest action plans
for the future.
• Regularly suggest improvements for MAADS and
properties.
• Benchmark the hotels competition.
• Develop privileged relationships with local and
business partners, authorities.
• Brainstorm with the rest of the team on new and
innovative growth strategies.
• Assist in creating a branding schedule and
marketing plan.
• Help ensure all communication materials are in
line with the Brand’s principals and charter.
• Track consumers’ perception of the Brands by
monitoring their behavior and reviews.
• Maintain excellent and ongoing communication
with all sister-businesses and GMs.

• Significant experience in multi hospitality
properties management in South East Asia.
• Motivated, dedicated and available.
• Extensive experience managing multiple
department budgets and P&L.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Good knowledge about tourism industry.
• Knowledgeable in branding and marketing
principles.
• Up-to-date on new communication and social
media, online booking tools.
• Able to conduct several days visits to the
provinces and abroad.
• High capacity for team work and communication.
• Able to meet deadlines and work with tight schedules.
• Passionate about Customer Service and high-end
hospitality.
• Well organized, with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Fluent in English. Khmer, French or Chinese being a plus.
• Willing to grow within a small team but big
projects.

Diplomas
Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or a holder of Masters Degree
