HR Coordinator
Must be: Min 3 years Dubai experience in Visa, Labour Card, EID card, Medical processing)
Must be Graduate/Post Graduate
Duties and responsibilities:
All employees visa maintaining and processing Generating all renewal lists of visa, emirates ID and labour card and informing all through email, phone, notice board etc.
New employees visa requirements handling and updating
(consultants, individuals and other)Scheduling and sending employees for Medial test and Emirates ID biometric capture. Document arrangement for immigration, ministry of labour and other departments.Coordinates with PRO for all our related works.
HR accounts handling (E-dirham-wallet, Online Deposit Account
(CBD), credit card).
Sending monthly account statements to accounts
department for the money spent for other companies which under Al Abbar Investment.
Medical and health card arrangement for new and renewal employees
Handling cancellation of visa if requires.Guiding employees for visa related complains and issues.
Assisting senior HR Officer for immigration and labour related work.
