We at ceek are looking for a HR Operations Manager to interpret and maintain current HR policies, resolve employee issues and analyse results.
You will also be developing, implementing, and performing administrative duties for all employee benefit programs to meet the strategic needs of the ban
What is expected of you?
Promoting the bank’s philosophy and values
Ensuring quality in all areas and encouraging teamwork by coaching and providing support
Overseeing all of the administrative functions
Resolving employee complaints and problems through confidential meetings, small group sessions, and other means as appropriate
Evaluation of present benefit programs through research, surveys, and analysis of trends and regulations to ensure plans are current, competitive, legal, and strategically consistent
Working with vendors and consultants to properly structure, price and market the various benefit plans
Developing and implementing Wellness Programs
Managing Workers’ Compensation Program whilst assisting in the resolution of workers’ compensation claims presented by employees
Interpretation of Human Resource policies and employee benefits for management and employees whilst updating and maintaining Human Resources Policies
Maintaining a current knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
Participating on various project teams to ensure the growth and development of the organisation and success in meeting the goals established in the Business and Strategic plans
Conducting training sessions as needed
What are you expected to bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Psychology with an emphasis in Human Resource Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience
At least two years of Human Resource experience in any specialisation
Current knowledge of all laws and Human Resource policies and practices
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written with outside sources, and staff
Current knowledge of and be proficient using a personal computer and general business software including spreadsheet, word processing, database, presentation and HRIS software
Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretionary judgement
Planning, organisational, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills
