Description
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and provide the leadership to achieve the short-range and long-range plant management and development objectives.
• Analyze and develop key performance indicators and manage forecasting to achieve and exceed established targets.
• Provide short and long-term technology strategy that would best support the business growth at present and in the future.
• Ensure that the plant develops production plans consistent with budget, manufacturing and that quality standards are adhered to. Continual improvement of production methods and systems.
• Control production costs and promote cost-effective systems and operations within the plant.
• Builds, leads and motivates a high-performance management team supported by a high-quality, professional organization; establishes a culture and environment that enable attraction and retention of talent at all levels.
