Job Title: Pedagogical Advisor
Grade Level(s): Pre-K – 12th
Direct Supervisor: Head of School
Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Work Experience Requirement: 5 years
Travel: 75% of the time

The Pedagogical Advisor is responsible for coaching and providing guidance to Dallas International School faculty and also to the faculty within the MLF America network of schools with French as one of the languages of instruction.
Job duties include (but are not limited to):
- Fostering a positive and creative environment in the service of international multilingual multicultural education.
- Working with school leaders and teachers as a coach to develop teaching practices, skills and knowledge of effective pedagogy in bilingual schools.
- Working closely with school leaders to identify school goals and priorities to support professional development.

Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
Native or near native fluency in English
Good command of the French language
Five (5) years of coaching experience in addition to extensive teaching experience at the primary or secondary level
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Education or related field.
