Job Description for Project Manager
• Providing customer support and technical issue resolution via email and improve overall customer service quality.
• Evaluating; monitoring and analysing results; and implementing changes.
• Client engagement, problem solving and new project preparation.
• Manage projects, structure, manpower, financial, policy etc.
• Reviewing reports prepared by agent before sending to client.
• Managing daily operations.
• Translation from Japanese from/to required language
• Proofreading
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Required skill(s): MS Office
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for both positions
• Native Japanese preferred
• Must be fluent in conversational Japanese and English (to liaise with the Japanese, and English-speaking associates)
• Able to speak and write Chinese is a bonus but not a must (to liaise with foreign Chinese speaking customers when required)
• Strong in both written and communicating in Japanese
• Ability to communicate Japanese via email
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service quality, manage daily operations and manpower
• Client and Project Management
• Able to understand games from a gamer’s perspective and give in-depth gaming and PC/console troubleshooting support
• Ability to solve and analyse information accurately with appropriate speed and guidelines
• Team player
• Those with strong interest in games are preferred
