One of my clients is looking to hire a Quality Lead (Korean Speaker). This role will require you to lead a team of Quality Analysts. More details below:
Working Hour: Rotational Shift (24/7)
Location: KL Central
Language: Korean (Read, write and speak)
Responsibilities:
1. Review quality samples agreed upon by the client and company
2. Perform analysis on quality trends and flag quality-related risks to the project leadership
3. Provide feedback to analysts to follow approved guidelines, procedures, processes in a consistent way.
4. Reporting duties and special projects will be assigned to quality specialists at a higher career level.
Requirement:
1. Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills
2. Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
3. Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritization
4. Reviewing ad content with high quality and efficiency
5. Delivering on service level agreements and managing individual performance
6. Leadership experience
7. Graduates from college with attention to details and inclination towards digital media environment
