>> The position of Technical Support Operator will need you to have:
- Excellent command in both French and English
- At least 1 year of experience related to Customer Service
- Comfortable in dealing with customers
- Able to adapt, to do multiple tasks
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work on weekends
>> These skills will enable you to fulfill the tasks involving:
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
• Handle customer complaints, investigate and use appropriate complaint resolution.
• Work with other members of the team to meet individual and collective goals for high productivity, high customer satisfaction rate, low total ticket resolution time, and appropriate first response time.
