Description
I am Emilija, 28 girl from Serbia. I have been working in a child care field for ten years now. Throughout the years I've worked as a babysitter, nanny, Au Pair, at a daycare center and finally as a Youth counselor for a cruise company. First time I left home when I was 18, to go to the USA to finish high school. I was scared of plane, being alone, communicating in a language that is not my own. One of the greatest experiences of my life. I learned how to be independent, perfected my language skills, realized how rewarding it is moving out of the comfort zone, all the things you can learn about other nationalities and their customs, made me more open minded and prepared for the world. Ever since I was trying to combine my two greatest loves, working with kids and traveling. Hence all these different jobs throughout the years that led me where I am today. For the last two years I have been working as a Youth counselor for Carnival Cruise Lines. We are running activity based program for families with kids, every week 1000 new kids on board who are looking for entertainment and care in our facilities. Right now I have vacation till the end of summer, I will start training for higher position from September so I wanted an opportunity to enjoy some time in Europe, find a job as a nanny for a few months and travel if the job allows it. I am very dedicated to my job, hardworking, experienced, proactive and caring. I truly enjoy spending time with kids, sharing interests with them, reading to them, sharing my love for Disney movies with little ones. If you are interested don't hesitate to contact me.
