1. Job Description
- The candidate will provide customer services to support a well-known international airline company.
- Candidates will provide customer support via contact centre in respect to passenger's bookings and tickets, as well handle special requests relating to airport assistance to customers.
- The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
2. Responsibilities
- Candidates will provide spoken and written communication to Korean clients, with clear, courteous and proper use of grammar, tone and pronounciation expected in Korean language.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Candidates are expected to be able to multitask, have attention to detail, and have a positive attitude working in a team.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Candidates must be willing to work in alternate shifts, including on weekends and public holidays.
3. Language(s)
- Required language(s): Korean (Native proficiency for liasing with Korean customers), and English (Working proficiency), for both written and oral assessments.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience.
- Prefered candidates should specialized in Customer Service, Help Desk or equivalent.
- Candidates with prior customer service, relations or sales training experience have an added bonus.
- Candidates seeking overseas work experiences are encouraged to apply for this position.
- Entry level candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
4. Required Skill(s)
- Excellent phone etiquette, alongwith competent verbal and written skills or secretarial skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, courteous phone manners, oral communications.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in alternate shift hours.
- Ability to speak Korean language (native proficiency), with advanced grasp of English.
5. Expected Salary
- RM7,000 - RM8,000 - based on experience.
- Salary will be commensurative towards the candidates' work experience, qualification, and ability to work in a challenging work environment.
- Monthly & Quarterly target and revision bonus up to RM1,000
