Major F&B Operator, Dubai
Job Details:
Preparation of standard credit and cash invoice as per the company’s policy and internal control practices.
Preparation of Location Transfer of stock from various company locations
Preparation of MRV for all goods received in the company warehouses
Preparation and control of stock reservation de-reservation as per divisional management discretion.
Preparation of smokers center stock transfers
Preparation of Haagen Dazs branch invoices.
Preparation of Document reversal (credit note) for wrong transactions (administrative)
Provide stock queries and customer invoicing information as and when required by the authorized person.
Provide support to the sales team and logistics team.
Perform any other task assigned by the management
Skills
Male or Female, 35 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree holder
At least 1-2 years of experience as Date Entry Operator
Has a typing speed minimum 45 wpm
Experience handling queries and customer invoicing information
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure
