Description
Responsibilities:
• Have a passion for visual storytelling and creating engaging design solutions
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders
• Work closely with the Consumer Marketing team to generate all general and digital support in a fast-paced environment for both digital and print formats, in ATL and BTL marketing
• Strategize, conceptualise and execute brand and creative direction across a broad range of digital and physical mediums
• Develop and execute concepts and new ideas across brand, acquisition and retention campaigns, which have visual impact and influence to increase user engagement and conversion
• Work with designers from other countries, business verticals and/or external agencies on joint-campaign materials
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (e.g. Design, Product) to ideate, iterate and refine designs
• Independently manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities
• Create work under minimal supervision, as well as package and present solutions to the wider marketing team; quickly and beautifully
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Create and manage templates and style guides
• Maintain a digital assets repository
• Act as a Brand Custodian/Guardian » Ensure consistent branding across all creative assets
• Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
• Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
• Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.
• Interact, communicate and present idea
Requirements:
• Must have exceptional design and photo editing skills (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop)
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.
• Possesses remarkable artistic sense and creativity.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Hardworking, excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Internship position available – students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
