 Minimum of 1-3 years of Hotel/Hospitality experience and a High School degree or GED.
 Familiarity in contracting and negotiating with hotelier desired.
 Strong negotiation and planning skills.
 Negotiation skills for obtaining promotional rates, promotional contracts and the reopening of closed out dates.
 Experience Excellent computer skills (especially Excel).
 Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
