Description
Sebia is the world's leading provider of clinical protein electrophoresis equipment and reagents, a technology used for in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) testing. Its systems analyze proteins in order to screen and monitor various diseases and conditions; primarily oncology (Multiple Myeloma), metabolic disorders such as Diabetes and also Hemoglobinopathy and rare pathologies.
The International Service Support is in charge of the implementation of Sebia’s Service plans and tactics in the APAC area.
He/she represents the company and its image at customers, subsidiaries and distributors that he/she will frequently visit and meet.
He/she must report to the Export Service Manager based in France and APAC area manager based in Bangkok.
Main Missions:
• Support and monitor implementation of service plans and tactics in support of the regional Technical
Support strategies, based on Sebia’s strategic goals and guidelines.
• Maintain regular, frequent communication with subsidiaries and distributors to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
• In charge of worldwide technical documentations.
• Organize & provide local technical training courses.
• Manage critical technical issues as a 3rd, level expert.
• Oversees all Laboratory Automation installation in the area.
• Identify business opportunities for the organization.
Required Skills:
• Engineer, Bachelor or equivalent in Electronic/Electromechanical/Fluidic/Optic/Mechanic, with a minimum of 5 years as field service engineer in Labs/Hospital environment.
• Proven experience in customer service normally strong prior experience in customer service and /or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with computer software and hardware, Windows and eventually Linux.
• Excellent representation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to work in a team and in international environment with cross-functional team.
• Experience with managing multiple projects.
• Good analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience with capillary electrophoresis, a significant plus.
• Fluent in English (read, spoken and written).
