Job Description:
Performing reception duties
Handling arrangements for travel, accommodation and logistics for employees and board members
Maintaining and ordering office suppliers
Filing of paperwork and bookkeeping
Liaising with banks
Dealing with authorities, including MFSA, Inland Revenue, VAT Department, Jobsplus
Assisting with preparing VAT returns, annual returns and financial statements.
Preparing Month End and Year End Reports
Providing documents for review by auditors and accountants.
Assisting with Human Resource Functions, including Payroll
Flexible working hours with core business hours being: 09:00-15:00.

Skills
Working knowledge of an accounting package, ideally Shireburn Financial Management
MS Office Proficiency, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
2 years'working experience within an accounting environment
Proficiency in verbal and written English
Excellent communication skills
