Due to the rapid development we are recruiting for position of BACK OFFICE SPECIALIST – HU/ RO/FI SPEAKER
Job description:
• Effectively manage e-mail customer’s queries to ensure excellent service standards;
• Provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency;
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges;
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction;
• Communicate in positive manner with team members and business partners;
Requirements:
• Fluency to native level in Romanian/ Hungarian/ Finnish;
• Must have excellent written communications skills;
• Call Centre experience will be an asset;
• Experience working with direct consumers in B2C environment as a plus;
• Positive attitude and energy;
• Robust multitasking skills;
