Description
Our client, a leading international company, is looking for an ACR Senior Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the efficient and successful delivery of corporate accounting services to clients
Identify efficiencies in departmental processes that can be introduced
Ensure quality in delivering client service by directing both overall progress of client projects as well as the daily progress of fieldwork, handle all resources assigned to each engagement, and update the Partners on engagement status
Create a more modern state of the art systems that allow client interfaces to our deliverables
Develop proposals for services, represent the firm in all client interactions
Provide the necessary expertise in the execution of client projects, providing any necessary advice to clients in line with GAAP and firm directives
Demonstrate a good understanding and capability of implementing accounting concepts
Ensure that team members develop their knowledge and potential to achieve established performance objectives
Requirements
Preferably possess experience within an accounting firm
Have a B. Accountancy (Hons.) degree, Masters in Accountancy, MIA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
Have strong IT/accounting software skills
Possess excellent written and verbal communication
Be able to motivate others to reach established objectives
Have the ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies
