Description
Do you possess a Bachelor's degree in ICT or Business?
Do you have at least 2 year's experience in Business Analysis & Account Management?
You will be working closely with clients and colleagues alike to fulfill the following main duties:
Ensuring assigned projects are completed within the set timeframe and budget
Liaising with local and international clients, exceeding their expectations by performing feasibility analysis, project scoping, prioritisation and discussing project functionalities
Creating Business Requirement Documents and converting these into practical specifications
Supervising project progression and overseeing testing
Providing ongoing support services to assigned client portfolio

Thorough understanding of software development processes
Certifications such as Prince2, Agile, SCRUM or ITIL are considered an asset
