role in our organization. We are currently looking to expand this team with a Customer
Operations Executive.
Full Time Position.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
The responsibilities and duties of a Customer Operations Executive revolve around three main areas:
Customer Service
Handling of customer queries via live-chat and email
Optimizing the existing processes within the customer service team
Relaying of customer feedback to the different departments
Ensuring responsible gaming policies are adhered to
Account & Age Verification (KYC)
Monitoring of partly automated verification processes of customer data
Manually verifying customer accounts
Online Payment
Monitoring new registrations and SMS-verifications
Screening automated deposits and withdrawals
Monitoring of suspected account fraud
YOUR PROFILE
You are an ambitious and confident individual, who is eager to cease an opportunity and excel in a fast-growing team of industry experts.
You are prepared to take on responsibility in the areas of customer support, online payment and KYC.
You are prepared to align your working hours to the times of increased customer activity, occasionally also weekends.
You are fluent in both German and English.
You are the type of individual who doesn’t see problems, but rather challenges that have yet to be tackled.
You have already worked for a company in the i-Gaming sector? Excellent!
You already have experience in the area of customer operations (customer support, online payment, KYC) from working for fintech, insurance, banking or retail businesses? Fantastic!
You have basic expertise in the areas of CRM, marketing and/or product management.
You are prepared to learn, grow and eventually take on roles with greater responsibilities.
Last but not least: you are prepared to make Malta your new Mediterranean home.
