Kelly Services is currently recruiting Housing Customer Advisor - French (m/f).

Our client is seeking bright, enthusiastic, and customer focused individuals to join their hardworking 1st Line Customer Support Team.
At the moment we are hiring Customer Advisors (m/f) with fluency in French and English, and your main tasks will be: supporting customers' by telephone and email, regarding cancellations of the reservations; re-booking and confirmation of the reservations; special requests (ex: extra bed in the room); complaints management and other tasks related to the job.
Profile:
-Native or fluency in French and English (mandatory);
-Previous experience in similar functions;
-Excellent communication skills;
-Analytical thinking and organization;
-Resistance to stress;
-Strong customer orientation;
-Flexible and committed.
