Description
We are a global corporate with HQ in Japan, looking for a Japanese member based in Hanoi to assist Head of Department in the following tasks:
- Assist Head of Department to supervise/ monitor daily operation at Service Department, including service planning, market quality report, field support, spare part management, call center management and product compliance.
- Communicate with factory members, HQ members and BOD members for customer service/ quality related issues.
- Other tasks assigned by HOD

Skills
- Japanese nationality, good at English
- Able to live and work in Vietnam for long term
- More than 5 years' working experience, preferably in Quality control or Warehouse management

Diplomas
Bachelor degree or above, preferably majored in Engineering or Economics
