The role:
· Responsible for contacting potential customers through outbound calls.
· Qualify leads given and turning them into business opportunities.
· Achieve excellent customer service and support proactively responding to client queries.
· Maintains contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
· Developing a sound understanding of financial market and trading conditions.
· Follow the company's compliance policies and procedures with regards to processing client documentation and other relative matters

Who you are:
· Have a strong passion for sales.
· Have a high level of personal motivation - a real "self-starter".
· Minimum one year experience on sales, preferable in call center.
· Sales experience within the Financial / FX / Options Industry is an advantage.
· Native speaker in any Nordic language (Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or Finnish).
· Ability to speak and write English fluently.
· Have excellent communication and negotiating skills as well as a professional telephone manner.
