Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling all outbound calls pertaining to general customer’s enquiries, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's product.
Delivering accurate information to the customer. - (training provided)
Work as a team in order to achieve the required KPI elements.
REQUIREMENT:
Able to write, speak and understand simple English.
No experience needed and fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
