Description
Main responsibilities:
- Interviewing foreign teachers to verify their information and work expectations.
- Setting up interviews for foreign teachers and our school partners.
- Preparing documents and human resources to succeed in the interviews
- Handling all related questions from the interviews
- Following up and taking actions to solve problems coming up
- Maintaining portfolios
- Developing training documents and SOP
Working hours:
- 8 hours/day
- Break time: Two 15-minute breaks 1-hour lunch break
- Weekly day-off: Sundays

Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- University Graduate, English background is preferred
- 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service.
- Proficient English, especially speaking skill
- Strong problem solving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, spreadsheet and Skype
