We can serve clients in multiple languages including English, Thai, Korean, Swedish, Italian, German, Russian, Polish, Hungarian, Hebrew and Chinese and provide support for various business and knowledge processes.
Job Description:
• Customer eligibility verification
• Maintain exclusive offers by verifying any customer segments online
• Eliminates discount fraud and ensures margin protection
• When instant eligibility verification fails, review teams need to do manual document review
Job Requirements:
• Able to read and write the designated language (at least basic to advance)
• Must be very detail-oriented and organized
• Can work under pressure with tight timelines
• Must be willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati (business district)
• Can start immediately
